HDD Machines
The HDD machines are already popular in India for various applications within the city where cables have to be laid without digging . It is very popular in the cross country applications where a pipe line , cable has to be laid without disturbing the Road , Rail , River , Sea Creek & Canal Crossings .
We can offer machines right from a very compact small diameter Horizontal Directional Drilling machine to Heavy Duty Equipment for larger diameters of Pipes , Cables etc. The Horizontal Drilling Machine is the most economical option when it comes to No Dig laying of Pipes, Cables etc. It is extensively used for 4G technology , for underground laying of optical cables for 4G transmission.
Terex Machine

Cable Blowing Machine
The Cable blowing machine comprising of an air box, Cable pusher and Hydraulic Power Pack has been designed to provide an effective and safe method of fiber optic cable installation. The system installs fiber optic cable of 8 – 32 mm overall diameter at up to 90m/min into pre-installed ducts, employing the viscous drag compressed air principle.
The compressed air is fed into the duct via a venturi principle, and the hydraulically powered cable feed system controls the fiber optic cable.
The system comes mounted on a light weight Frame for ease of site manoeuvrability and is powered by a hydraulic supply system. The unit is supplied with a 1-1/2”BSP for connecting air supply hose (not supplied). The air supply hose should be 25mm (min) bore or more.
The unit is supplied with 2 x hydraulic hoses x 3 meters for connecting between the cable blowing machine and hydraulic power pack (or hydraulic power source).
